KREK AND MERS are FREE!

Great news! Graf artists/ skaters TJ and Tom have both had their sentences overturned! According to John at Projekts they should be back with their respective families tonight. Sounds like justice has finally been served. Check out the full story on the BBC website and well done their families and friends who never stopped fighting for their rights.

Trip at da brain

If you've seen Emmanual Guzmans' section in the new Transworld vid you might not recognise his tune. Here's the original video it's completely nuts and for some reason it really makes me want to slash a curb?

I aint getting on no plane, fool!

Ben @ Projekts sent me a link to Ebay, I think he's thinking of buying a new shop van? Imagine rolling up the spot in this, even Dyrdek would be jealous.

YOU can change the law

Skate Mcr has started a petition asking the government to change the law banning skateboarding in Manchester city centre.
A stupid and unfair, law which was, according to Pat Kearney of the council, only introduced on the grounds of a few complaints. The more signatures the better. So get your boss, dentist, sister, parents, aunties and 3rd cousins to sign it.

Can you sign Mosher?

A common problem these days at the session is miscommunication due to everyone listening to their I pods. At last someone has figured out the hand signs for skate tricks. At less, this is going to come in very handy when your hearing goes completely from having the volume up too high!

SKATEBOARDING IS NOT A SPORT

Finally a GOOD Olympic story!!

The daily Telegraph published an article this Tuesday on how the skateboarding bid for the Olympics has failed. I'm so stoked! Fuck the Olympics we don't need them. The only people who really wanted it were money hungry companies and profession skaters. Inclusion would only lead to more people getting involved with skating that don't have a clue what it's all about.
